All items available on MoonLight are made to order. This means when you place your order, we will print the item for you, one piece at a time, for the best quality!

We work with different artists and manufacturers around the world. This is the reason for the following delivery times. Remember, this is why we are able to offer our products at such great prices.

To estimate when you can expect to receive your order, please refer to the following time periods. These include our most popular products and the following time periods:

Production Time: The time your order waits in the production queue until it is produced. Our production schedule may change daily based on overall order volume.

Transit time: The time from when the package is handed over to the courier company to when it reaches its destination.

International Shipping: Please note that when you receive your order, your local carrier may charge you additional fees (which are beyond the seller's control), depending on your country's regulations.

NOTE: During peak seasons, your package may arrive later than expected delivery time. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope you can understand us.

For International Shipping: Approximately 2-3 weeks (working days) depending on product and country. Please feel free to contact our customer service team for more details related to your issue.

Wrong address

Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout as we are not responsible if your order is sent to the wrong address.

If you contact a last-mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if it is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Most of our orders are processed and shipped within the above timeframe. However, the above time periods are only approximate and specific circumstances may vary. Certain items/orders (heavy shipping products) may require longer dispatch and/or delivery times.

Holiday Shipping: Due to certain U.S. and international holidays, especially during peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship.

International Orders: If your order needs to go through customs, it may take a few extra days. We are unable to influence customs processes and therefore apologize for any inconvenience caused by any resulting delivery delays.

Note: Because products are made to order, they will be shipped as soon as they are completed. Therefore, please note that your order may be shipped separately. We will bear the additional shipping costs to deliver each finished product to you in the shortest possible time.
