Payment

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Master).

Providing customers with the most convenient payment methods is also one of our tasks. With PayPal you can pay more easily and complete your purchase as quickly as possible.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policies.

Cancel/modify order

Please contact our support team within 4 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation/exchange of items or change/update your order information.

• After this time period, any requests related to cancellation or modification will not be accepted and the project will be processed as normal.

•If your order requires design modifications, we cannot guarantee timely delivery of your order as it will take us longer to modify your design according to your requirements.

•Refunds and exchanges

1. Defective/damaged items

For such cases, our policy is to only accept exchange/refund requests within 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since the date of shipment, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a replacement or refund.

All products are made to order and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we can offer a free replacement or refund if the request meets certain conditions:

•Significantly different from the preview shown to you.

•Damage caused by the fault of our factory or the carrier.

•The item you ordered is incorrect.

•Missing items.

Notes:

•Due to differences in monitors and lighting effects, the actual color and size of the item may vary slightly from the visual image. Therefore, any return request related to this reason will not be considered.

•We generally do not accept refunds or exchanges due to customer error, such as:

- Wrong selection of size, design, color, etc. Therefore, please check your order carefully before checking out to ensure your order is correct

- Improper maintenance and damage caused during use.

- Once you receive refund confirmation from our support team, it may take approximately 3-5 days to process your refund. After we issue a refund, it may take some time for your funds to appear in your account balance (depending on your financial institution). Please see the table below for more details

The time it takes to refund a prepaid card depends on the card issuer. Depending on the issuer's policy, refunds may take up to 30 days to complete.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially credited to your account. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time (5 business days) for the refund to arrive.

2. Transportation issues

If your order has not been updated for more than 15 days (within the United States) and 25 days for international orders, you have the right to request a refund or exchange for that order.

If an item is returned due to incomplete/wrong address due to customer error, you will receive a refund of 70% of the item price. So please double check your address before checking out.

Please do not return products to us without prior approval. If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We work with different manufacturers around the world and the products are customized and personalized just for you, so all return packages from customers to our factory will be donated to charity or disposed of. In this case, please note that we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Please note that administration, processing and transaction fees (1.5% of total order value) will be charged upon cancellation.
